I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire, thanks in large part to Brody. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was taken care of the right way. I came in for tire service, and while everything initially seemed routine, an issue came up shortly after I left. I returned, and Brody handled the situation with urgency and care—taking the time to thoroughly inspect things and ensure my vehicle was safe before I left again. What stood out most was his calm, knowledgeable approach and his commitment to doing things right rather than rushing me out the door. Customer service like this is hard to find. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and appreciative of the level of attention and accountability shown. Highly recommend this location, and especially Brody, for anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Fast and friendly

I have always had great service at discount tire. I had multiple tire repairs for free since the last set of tires I purchased and service was always great. Prompted me to purchase my latest set of Michelins from them, and after the sale service has continued to make me happy with my decision.

After service I was left with over inflated tires and harsh ride (39 psi). Sloppy work that day - bad gauge or lack of attention to details.

Patrick and his colleagues at Overland Park Discount Tire were thorough and knowledgeable. They handled a busy day with courteous professionalism and got me back on the road in good time. It was comforting to know my vehicle and tire situation received expert attention. Although I do not live in the area, I would not hesitate to visit this again.

Such personable and friendly employees! I had noticed that my tires almost seemed to be dragging kind of loudly as I would make turns. I was driving to the grocery store and noticed Discount Tire and it’s wonderful “check tire pressure” signs, and thought how lucky that I will actually stop and get them checked instead of maybe putting it off. I was helped right away with a tire pressure check, and thank goodness for it because there was a screw in the tread of my tire! That front left tire pressure was quite low. I was told that it could be fixed for free!!! I decided to have it done right away, and I only had to wait less than an hour for them to be able to get my car in and serviced! Such comfortable chairs in the large, clean waiting area, and somehow it did not have a tire smell like so many tire stores have. I am telling everyone I know about this place, and I will definitely be a return customer!

This location is always a credit to the brand with excellent service and outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Josh did a great job and took care of my tire while I waited. My appointment was for 9:30 but the work was done 20 minutes after they opened at 8.
